CFOS Product Overview
Our CFOS-1000 product is produced from the highest quality tubing mills in the world. Our CFOS-1000 process is state of the art and exceeds the standards set by the Compressed Gas Association requirements under Pamphlet G4.1 for cleaning requirements related to Cleaned for Oxygen Service applications.
Our CFOS-1000 product is made of 316L, Stainless Steel and is manufactured to ASTM A269 / A213 Ave. Standard Size Ranges are (1/4″ inch) through (1 inch) Outside Diameter. Other sizes are available upon request.
Critical Systems has developed a Nitric Acid Passivation Process that not only removes the harmful free metals and hydrocarbons from the Stainless Steel internal surface but also enhances the Chrome to Iron ratio at the surface for added corrosion resistance.
