Estimate the equivalent energy consumption of your semiconductor Fab manufacturing equipment

The semiconductor industry is taking note of an easy to use, web-based software program called “TEECalcII” (www.teecalc.com) converts specific utility flow rates into annual kilowatt hours per year using semi-conductor industry agreed conversion factors.  The data on each user’s manufacturing equipment and utility consumption is stored on the “cloud” confidentially, but can also be shared selectively with others.  Reports and graphs can be prepared and PDF files exported from the software.  This “expert” provided the technical guidance for this ISMI / Sematech sponsored project.  Access is available to the public.
