Critical Systems has been saving our customers money for over 10 years, and now offers Gas and Chemical Panel Services as a way to save you even more money. When a chemical or gas panel has been contaminated, many pieces of the panel can be cleaned, MFCs can be recalibrated if needed, and the panel placed put back into service. Our buying power allows us to replace components cost effectively, and our Calibration Facility can repair most flow devices. The result is a methodology that allow us to take a cost reduction approach when it comes to supplying a panel. We can clean or replace what has been contaminated, reassemble and test or we can build new from the ground up. In any case, you can be assured that we have your best interests in mind when it comes to maximizing the dollars saved on replacement gas systems.
Our Fabrication Facility Offers:

Experience and Customer Service Separates Critical Systems from the Rest!
Technicians:
All Critical Systems Technicians have worked for and in major Fabs in the design, fabrication and servicing of gas and fluid delivery systems. We are familiar with Diffusion, Etch, CVD & Implant, as well as Chemical Delivery and Waste Reclamation Systems for Bulk and Point of Use Systems. Because of this Real World Experience, we are familiar at the Tech Level with how our systems will be used in your Fabs and use this experience in the design and fabrication of our systems..
Engineering:
Over 40 combined years of facility and equipment engineering for major Semiconductor Fabs have honed our ability to produce exceptional results reverse engineering and designing process systems. We have designed and built process equipment for leading edge Fabs and will provide this expertise to you in an affordable package. We support most PLC and Programming Platforms..
Facility
Our fabrication facility was designed by industry professionals with over 30 years experience in the design, layout and construction of microelectronics facilities. Work flow is optimally laid out and the proper equipment was purchased and installed for accuracy, quality and speed. We offer orbital welding of electropolished and CFOS gas systems, PureBonding T of Teflon and Fusion of Poly and PVDF materials and PLC panel design-build and programming .
Contaminated Gas Panel Reconditioning:
An unfortunate reality for many Fabs is that gas lines get contaminated. Whether it’s due to a leaking fitting or an error during the cycle purge process, a leak can cause your panel to become contaminated. When this happens you no longer have to replace the panel with a costly new one from the OEM.
CSI’s panel reconditioning process brings contaminated panels to a new condition at a fraction of the price. Panels are stripped of the contaminated components which are then replaced with new; electrical wiring and functionality is tested for functionality, and the back plates and mounting hardware is cleaned and reused. The result is your panel is returned to you at a cost that is from 50 – 80% less than the cost of a new panel from the OEM.
We require the gas systems to be purged prior to shipment, a decontamination form filled out and signed by the technician who pulled the panel, and any MFCs to be separated from the panel. End connections can be taped or sealed with plastic caps, but do not cap or plug the connections with stainless caps. Please include a copy of any wiring schematics you have so we know the proper pin outs for testing.
Lead time for reconditioning is 2 – 3 weeks after we receive the replacement components from the factories.
A small evaluation fee is charged to assess the condition and you will receive a conditioning quotation from us prior to any work starting. Should you choose to have CSI repair the panel, the evaluation fee will go towards the cost of recondtioning.
