The technicians at CSI have come from both new construction and in house Fab environments. We have experience with green field build ups as well as in-situ remodels. Additionally, we have experience in rapid fabrication of gas panels and weldments on site for large IC manufacturers. Facility
Our fabrication facility was designed by industry professionals with over 30 years experience in the design, layout and construction of microelectronics facilities. Work flow is optimally laid out and the proper equipment was purchased and installed for accuracy, quality and speed. We offer orbital welding of electropolished and CFOS gas systems, PureBonding T of Teflon and Fusion of Poly and PVDF materials and PLC panel design-build and programming .

We can build to print, allowing to you get exactly the product you need at a very competitive price. We can also take a sample from you of the fabrication you need, and duplicate that sample exactly or replace higher priced components with lower priced alternatives to save you money.

All CSI technicians have worked for Semiconductor Fabs where cost control was paramount. Our inventory is a combination of New in Box surplus components and factory new components at distribution discounts. Our labor costs are low as we are based in a suburb of Boise, Idaho. All of this comes together to produce a cost model that is hard to beat.
- Look to CSI when it comes to complete gas or fluid delivery systems. We’ll analyze your current system and assure that the control system we supply integrates seamlessly into your current system. We’ll match critical components to what you have in inventory so you don’t need to stock additional components. We’ll provide suggestions on filtration placement, use of purification, level of automation needed, and component selection to reduce overall costs. When it comes to installation of your new system, we can provide the inventory needed (valves, fittings, tubing, regulators, etc) and rent you the equipment (orbital welders and helium leak detectors) to complete your project. Should you want to have the system installed by professionals, we can suggest contractors and QA/QC companies that are capable of installing your system and will have your best interests in mind.
