CSI designs and manufactures UHP process systems. Our facility offers cleanroom manufacturing and certification testing of UHP stainless and plastic systems (PFA, PVDF, PVC welding).
Final Cleaning and packaging of these products are held to the tightest specification including 99.99995 Nitrogen and Argon Purging, UHP Packaging and final DI rinse.
Analytical analysis is available for Particle, Moisture, Helium Leak, O2 and TOC testing.
Our ability to integrate your specified components for safe delivery and control is unmatched. This can include design of systems with custom control for MFC’s, Valves, Regulators, Transducers and other components related to UHP process systems.
