Cost over-runs. QA/QC problems you didn’t anticipate. Too much or too little equipment on hand. Manpower issues. Deadlines that come too quickly. We can help you avoid these issues AND learn to operate the equipment effectively.
CSI personnel have been on all sides of orbital welding: as a contractor, as a customer, in QA/QC, repair and product innovation, and in high purity technical standards development.
Critical Systems works closely with Arc Machines to ensure we are providing the most comprehensive instruction available. Whether the course is led by AMI technical field personnel, CSI’s Certfied Training & Repair Technicians, or both — the training will encompass the latest in AMI product changes and best practices in orbital welding. We provide welders the training AND the certification to back it up.
We take a very practical approach to orbital welding training, including some basic project management skills. Here are the fundamental topics and activities covered:
Training is held at a CSI facility (Boise, ID or Shrewsbury, PA). The program can be completed in 1-3 days depending on training objectives and requirements.
Welders will walk away from a CSI training class with both the technical knowledge and a bigger picture understanding of how to approach most orbital projects. This will lead to increased productivity, lower costs, winning more bids, and ultimately more profitable business.
