Unlimited Protection with On-Site Service Coverage

Our Lifetime Warranty offers extended protection for the lifespan of your equipment—available exclusively to customers enrolled in CSI’s On-Site Services and Maintenance Plan.


Key Benefits:

  • Maintains all the protections of the standard 2-year warranty

  • Continues coverage for the life of the equipment, so long as the maintenance plan is active

  • Includes labor and parts replacement at no additional cost

  • Provides long-term support and peace of mind for mission-critical systems


Conditions:

  • The plan must begin at shipment and remain active continuously

  • Warranty becomes void if services are interrupted or if unauthorized repairs are made

Additional Coverage with Minimal Cost

For those seeking added assurance without committing to full lifetime coverage, CSI offers a 3-Year Extended Warranty option.


Details:

  • Adds 12 months of protection to the standard 2-year warranty

  • Available for 10% of the total invoiced amount (excluding taxes, shipping, start-up, and training)

  • Requires a signed supplemental agreement at time of purchase


This option is ideal for customers who want flexible extended coverage at a competitive cost—without locking into a long-term service plan.

Reliable Coverage from Day One

All CSI-manufactured gas delivery equipment is covered under our standard two (2) year warranty, provided at no additional cost.


What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship

  • Conformance to customer-approved designs and specifications

  • Clear title with no liens, encumbrances, or IP conflicts

  • Full parts and labor to repair or replace any component deemed defective by CSI

This warranty goes into effect immediately upon shipment and remains valid for two years. It is not transferable and applies exclusively to equipment used as intended and maintained according to CSI guidelines.


Exclusions:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or non-authorized modifications

  • Repairs attempted or performed by non-CSI personnel

  • Consequential or indirect damages (special, punitive, or incidental)
