We work with a variety of electrical connectors, each requiring very specific pin types for each application. Each pin’s position in the connector is critical, that’s why we always reference detailed schematics before laying down a single wire. These schematics guide us in placing every termination in the correct location, ensuring proper signal flow and system safety.

One of the key aspects of our process is our crimping. We don’t rely on a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we use a range of specialized crimpers—each suited to a specific wire gauge and pin style. Whether it’s a standard Molex terminal, CAT6 cable, or a high-reliability MIL-spec connector, we match the crimping tool to the task to guarantee secure and consistent terminations.

Back shells and plugs are also chosen with care. Environmental sealing, strain relief, and EMI shielding are just a few of the considerations we make when selecting these components. This attention to detail ensures long-term durability, especially in high-vibration or sensitive environments.
