In August, CSI attended the UA Instructor Training Program (ITP) in Ann Arbor, Michigan for the second year in a row, showcasing our expertise in copper orbital welding. Critical Systems’ Lightning Series (LS) heads feature our patented Super Cooling Technology. The LS heads were designed from the ground up for high amperage applications like copper welding and heavy wall pipe or tube, where a homogeneous single pass weld is preferred. In fact, the weld head body remains cool to the touch even when the cassette and collets reach and exceed temperatures of over 400 degrees Fahrenheit!
