One critical weld parameter we emphasize at CSI is bead overlap—the portion of the weld that covers the previous pass during the automated orbital welding process. We uphold rigorous standards when it comes to precision orbital welding. In the world of Ultra High Purity (UHP) gas systems, where contamination control and structural integrity are non-negotiable, weld quality directly impacts system performance, safety, and cleanliness.
