This last Thursday on September 5th, 2025, Critical Systems, Inc. gathered at Phillippi Park in Boise, Idaho for our annual company meeting. As a first, this year we also invited people’s friends and families to attend!

This year’s annual meeting marked one year since our rebrand. To celebrate the milestone, every attendee received coolers filled with branded shirts, water bottles, and hats. Our rebrand from last year has been wildly successful, and the party favors are a token of the pride we have in the new and improved CSI!
The event also featured speeches from department heads, each highlighting the tremendous progress CSI has made across our divisions. From new innovations to improved processes, the message was clear: our collective hard work continues to drive the company forward.

One of the highlights of the day was the presentation of longevity awards by President Ted Jones. Special recognition went to Jeff Sindon and Tim Tycz, both of whom have been with CSI for an incredible 10 years! Their commitment and expertise are a cornerstone of our success. In turn, the Red Metal Welding team surprised Ted with a unique gift—an “infinity cube” made of orbital welded copper.

After the formalities (and lunch), the afternoon shifted to outdoor games and friendly competition. The corn hole tournament brought plenty of laughs and cheers, with Nick Wallace and Joe Shanley ultimately taking home the win!
We extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this event possible, from the organizers to the attendees who brought their energy and enthusiasm. Looking towards next year, we’re excited for another year of growth, innovation, and success. Here’s to making the next chapter of CSI even more successful than the last.
