CSI Chiller – More Uptime, Better Welds
We took the standard AMI chiller and made it better. By running on its own 110AC power supply, our chiller keeps your welder’s output steady, which means more consistent welds. It keeps cooling even after the job is done, so your weld head lasts longer, and it’s simple to maintain with an easy-clean filter and a visual flow indicator.
CSI Mini Pendant – Full Control on Your Wrist
Big, bulky pendants slow you down, so we shrunk the M207 remote into a lightweight, wrist-wearable control. You still get instant tactile feedback and a durable design, but now it’s portable enough to move with you. And for M217 users missing the old functionality, our “red bullet” adapter bridges the gap so you can keep the control you want without giving up your preferred machine.
Home Pin – Lasts 10x Longer
Frequent home pin replacements waste time and money. Our redesigned Home Pins lasts up to ten times longer, holds their position more precisely, and improves weld-to-weld repeatability. When a tungsten hits a standard home pin the result is frequently internal damage leading to down time and costly repairs. Our home pin is designed to keep working even after a tungsten strike. The home pin splits and even just the smallest sliver still engages the rotor, allowing for continued production and less down time.
CSI Handle and Strain Relief Upgrade
Early in our weld head repair experience we noticed that we were repairing the same problems repeatedly. Connections were being pulled apart inside the weld head, motor cables would come lose, purge lines, and even the weld cables in some cases. Our solution was a new weld handle and strain relief module that locks the cables inside the head and prevents them from being pulled loose inside the weld head. Our Strain Relief Module protects your cables right at the connection point, absorbing stress and extending their lifespan so you can focus on welding, not repairs.
IPS-200 – Power Meets Precision
For industries that demand perfect welds—like pharma, food processing, and chemical manufacturing—the IPS-200 delivers. Compact yet powerful, it’s built for high-volume TIG orbital welding with repeatable, high-quality results every time. It’s also capable of welding at up to 200 amps.
